The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating the reasons, within 14 days of receiving the product in person, by a third party or by a different recipient; in the case of purchasing multiple products that are part of a single order, but delivered separately, the aforementioned term runs from the date of receipt of the last product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is invited to contact the dedicated assistance at the email address info@diamtrader.net, and to send a formal request by registered mail with return receipt to the address provided by customer service.
Once the withdrawal has been exercised, the payments made by the Customer will be refunded, with the exception of delivery costs (if applicable) and additional costs, using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless a different means of payment is agreed, with any additional costs remaining the responsibility of the Customer, within 14 days of the positive outcome of the checks that may be necessary on the goods as better specified below.
The refund may be suspended until the product is received and until our experts in charge demonstrate that the returned item has been delivered intact and in accordance with the following conditions:
- The product and its packaging must be in the same condition in which they were received.
- In the case of certification, this must be intact and in perfect condition, the blister must be intact, must not be tampered with or removed. Products without blister (diamonds or precious stones if applicable) will not be refunded.
- the product must be returned with all its accessories and all other documents, with the protective materials in order and the labels and stickers fixed on the products (if available).
- the shopping bag must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
The Customer, or another third party appointed by him, must keep proof of the shipment of the returned product, being in any case required to document the return.
Diamtrader declines all liability in the event of the absence of such proof.
In case of failure to comply with the above conditions, Diamtrader reserves the right to withhold the corresponding value from the refund granted to the Customer, or to refuse the withdrawal by returning the goods to the Customer.
Warranty
- All jewels sold by Diamtrader are covered by warranty.
- The warranty is valid for 24 months for defects of conformity. The same is valid nationally and/or internationally.
- Repairs under warranty are a free service, if your jewel has a defect covered by warranty. Otherwise, you will be sent a quote, which you can decide whether to accept or not.
- The warranty expires in the event of improper use or tampering.
- Consequences of wear and tear and aging of the jewel are strictly excluded.
- Diamtrader reserves the right to analyze it, in order to verify whether the jewel has manufacturing defects or has been accidentally damaged. Any tampering will result in the termination of the warranty.
- The times for repairs under warranty or any replacement may vary from 30 to 60 working days.
- You can send the jewel back to us to be repaired, at the cost of the outward/return shipments only, by contacting our customer service first.
- Diamtrader reserves the right to request a photograph of the item to verify whether the damaged jewel is suitable for repair under warranty before sending it.
