Bank Transfer, (the order date, the customer's name and surname must always appear in the reason for the transfer), Paypal, Stripe, Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more than 15 Cryptocurrencies.
In the event that, for any reason, the debiting of the amounts due by the Customer is impossible, Diamtrader will send a communication of non-acceptance of the Purchase Order to the email address indicated by the Customer. The purchase process will be automatically cancelled and the online sales contract will be considered not concluded.
The prices indicated on the site are expressed in Euros.
For each order placed on the Site, Diamtrader is not obliged to issue an invoice, unless expressly requested by the customer.
In the event that the customer delays in paying the agreed sum, Diamtrader will request payment. If the amount due is not paid within 10 working days from receipt of the order, Diamtrader will terminate the contract without owing anything to the customer for any reason.
Shipping information:
The Customer, for the delivery of the purchased Product, can choose his/her residence or domicile, workplace, or the private address of a natural person of his/her choice, whose residence or domicile is within the territory of the European Union or outside the EU.
All purchases will be delivered by courier (list on our website).
The delivery of the products is carried out to the address indicated by the Customer only after the regular registration of the payment of the relevant order.
In the event that, at the time of delivery, the external appearance of the package presents imperfections, the Customer must proceed to open the package itself in the presence of the carrier, to verify the condition of the product contained therein.
For security reasons, deliveries to PO boxes will not be made and the order will not be processed.
Shipping rules:
All orders placed on the Diamtrader website will be sent via courier (list on our website).
Shipping and delivery costs are free, (2-3 working days).
For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the Customer or his representative is required at the recipient's address indicated in the order.
Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:
(i) that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials.
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product must be immediately contested, by placing a written control reservation on the Courier's proof of delivery.
Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered.
If Diamtrader is unable to deliver the ordered goods due to the subsequent unavailability, even temporary, of the Products, Diamtrader will promptly notify the Customer via email, and in any case the delivery will be made within a period of time ranging from 3 (three) to 30 (thirty) days.
Diamtrader is not responsible for unforeseeable delays, it being understood that, except in cases of force majeure, the Products will in any case be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days starting from the day following the day on which the Customer sent the order to Diamtrader.
Shipment tracking:
You can track the shipment at any time, from the moment we communicate that we have entrusted it to the courier until the delivery itself. If the courier is unable to deliver on the first attempt, he will come back a second time.
To track the shipment, simply enter the shipment code on the shipper's website (the code will be communicated via email after the goods have been entrusted to the courier).
